When I quietly reopened my shop a few weeks ago, I didn't expect much: I had been away for almost half a year and it would take me a while to add new items to the further 'old' stock. So my plan was to just reopen the shop without any fuzz and then slowly rebuild that dear little business until it would hopefully flourish again.
But what a cool surprise: it turned out that people hadn't forgotten about the shop! The first orders arrived only a few hours after the reopening and ever since there has been a calm flow of orders, inquiries and requests. Lovely! And a reason to celebrate...
And there are more things to celebrate. Like the fact that I feel this big bubble of creative energy, that had disappeared a bit during my pregnancy and Rosa's first months, reappearing again. I have tons of creative ideas, and even a little bit of time and energy to spend on them again. Also I find myself working on fun little creative projects without any ambition, just for the sake of enjoying them. Like this little recycling project of (alphabet) prints with small flaws: I had a lot of fun turning them into cheerful gift labels.
And then there's a really big project that has been haunting me for ages -that is: my thesis!- that has finally come to an end. What a relief, and another good reason to celebrate.
So, what's the deal?
For the next two weeks I have extended the small sets of six postcards ($10) and the large sets of twelve postcards ($17) to sets of nine or eighteen cards, without adding anything to the price!
And as long as supplies last, you will also receive an extra limited edition surprise card, that will either be a screenprinted one or a postcard-sized art print, professionally printed on beautiful heavy fine art paper. And to add some more happiness to those colorful little parcels, I'm also including some of those recycled gift tags (also: as long as supplies last).

To get yourself a set, head over to the shop!
Oh, and since I'm celebrating anyway: I'm also giving away a super large set of surprise goodies like the ones you see in this post, but then even more. All you have to do is tell me why you adore me. Oh no, that's not an appropriate thing to ask of course... Let's try again: tell me why my blog is such a positive exception in the world of boring mom's blogs. Okay, wrong again. Then tell me that I look even better after having given birth than before, especially in the belly region. Ahem: just say hi. And if you'd like: tell me what you've been celebrating recently!
